Join our team of experienced yoga teachers for an evening of deeply relaxing yoga, held monthly at East Grinstead Sports Club. Each session will guide you through gentle movement, some long-held supported poses, and calming breathwork to release tension and reset your nervous system — the perfect way to restore body, mind and spirit.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes. No need to bring anything else but maybe an extra layer or anything you need to feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Spare mats are also available if needed.
