In this 120-minute mini retreat we will ease out any tension in the body and start to wake it from its winter slumbers.
Spring is the time for finding roots and building a foundation from which to grow so we’ll be planting our feet down, stretching in all directions and slowly building energy. Easing out tension in the body as we start to move into the more active phases of the year. There’ll also be an inspiring spring meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
No previous Yoga experience needed. Bring a mat if you have one (I have spares), and wear comfortable clothing - sports leggings or jogging pants are ideal.
