Mini Retreat: Friday Night Chill

Set in a soothing candlelit environment, this two-hour mini retreat promotes relaxation and restoration of body and mind. We’ll begin with gentle, floor-based, intuitive, and breath-guided movement to arrive in our bodies. With the use of some simple props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, - all provided) we move through several restorative Yoga positions, enabling you to truly unwind your body. Finally, coming to stillness creating a comfortable position for your body to rest, and enjoy Yoga Nidra (a guided meditative relaxation) where all you need to do is simply listen and relax. No previous Yoga experience needed, just a desire to rest and relax. Wear comfortable clothing - sports leggings or jogging pants are ideal.
