Mini Retreat: Winter Stress Relief

In this 90-minute mini retreat, you will be given space and time to rest and relax. We’ll begin with gentle, floor-based, intuitive and breath-guided movement to arrive in our bodies. With the use of some simple props we move through a number of gentle Yoga positions, enabling you to truly unwind your body. Finally, coming to stillness creating a comfortable position for your body to rest, and enjoy Yoga Nidra (a guided meditative relaxation) where all you need to do is simply listen and relax. This mini retreat is for you if you: - Feel low in energy and have nothing left to give, especially post-Christmas! - Have aching muscles or joints - Struggle to sleep - Need complete rest and to recharge - Know it’s time to focus on yourself No previous Yoga experience needed. Bring a mat if you have one (I have spares), and wear comfortable clothing - sports leggings or jogging pants are ideal.
